Who I Work With

Women living through and beyond cancer — primarily survivors navigating life after treatment.

My Specialties

  • Survivorship and life after cancer

  • Narrative Coaching — working with the stories clients hold about themselves and their experience

  • Client-centered support, with attention to cultural sensitivity and pace

My Approach

I support women living through and beyond cancer as they navigate the emotional, identity, and life transitions that follow diagnosis and treatment.

Grounded in ICF-aligned coaching and lived experience, I offer 1:1 online survivorship support for women across cultures. My work creates a calm, reflective space where clients can explore questions that often arise after treatment:

  • Who am I now?

  • Why do I still feel afraid?

  • What does life look like from here?

Together, we gently work with themes of identity, confidence, fear, uncertainty, relationships, and the "what now?" of survivorship.

My approach integrates Narrative Coaching and Integrative Cancer Coaching principles — centering dignity, deep listening, cultural sensitivity, and respect for each woman's pace, values, and lived experience.

This work complements medical care by supporting the person beyond the diagnosis.

About Me

The interweaving of stories, courage, and new possibilities.

There have been seasons in my life that quietly changed everything I believed was secure — moments that left me unsure of myself and uncertain about what came next. In that unravelling, I came to understand something deeply human: our stories are not fragile threads. They are living weaves. They stretch. They reshape. They can be re-woven.

Through lived experience, I learned that when we gently shift the way we hold our story, something within us steadies. What once felt overwhelming begins to soften. A quieter strength takes root.

Today, I support individuals living through and beyond cancer. We speak about the parts that often remain unspoken — fear, identity shifts, the quiet "what now?" that follows treatment. Together, we explore what feels true now and what new possibilities may be waiting to emerge.

My work complements medical care. It supports the person living beyond the diagnosis.
