I provide a space where clients are heard and can find their own solutions for coping with cancer. Alongside that, I offer nutritional education and practical lifestyle changes so clients can live as comfortably as possible alongside their diagnosis.
About Me
I am a nutritionist by profession and have worked within the food industry for over 25 years. I am also a certified Health Coach through the Health Coaches Academy (2022) and a Certified Cancer Coach through the Cancer Wellness Institute. I enjoy coaching people through a range of health conditions to support better lifestyles, and I work with both groups and individuals — in person or online.
