FAQs

Do I need prior coaching experience?
Yes — this course is designed specifically for National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches (NBHWC, HCANZA, UKIHCA) and other experienced coaches. We build on your existing coaching skills and focus on applying them effectively in the specialized context of cancer survivorship support.

What’s required to get certified?
You’ll complete practice coaching sessions during the intensive and take the certification exam online afterward. More details are provided on-site.

Is lodging included?
Lodging is not included in the registration fee, but we will share hotel and other travel recommendations upon registration. There are a variety of accommodations available within walking distance of the training venue.

What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to create a cancellation policy that is both fair and respectful of the energy and resources required to host a live, in-person event.

Cancellations Requested by Participant:

  • Before September 15, 2026: Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

  • September 16 – October 15, 2026: Choose one of the following:

    • Transfer 100% of your payment to a future in-person training within 12 months, OR

    • Receive a 50% refund of your total payment.

  • After October 15, 2026: No refunds will be issued. You may transfer your registration to another eligible participant or apply 50% of your payment to a future CWI training within 12 months.
