  • Mind-body practices

My Approach

My sessions are one hour long, in person or online, and scheduled at fortnightly intervals. Cancer therapy brings a lot of medical appointments, check-ups and tests, and recovery times between treatments differ for everyone, so I am very mindful of adjusting and rescheduling sessions to suit each client.

My approach is first and foremost listening to my clients' needs and finding where support is most needed at present. I am guided by you on which aspect of your life and health you find most challenging, worrying or difficult to cope with, or where you feel support and guidance are needed most.

My integrative approach addresses the body as a complex system of intricate connections. It helps clients achieve behaviour change, healthier lifestyle habits and improved wellbeing, relying on their own insights, personal strength and goals.

Whether you are currently undergoing treatment or adjusting to life after it, I will help you understand what your body needs and how to support it day to day. This includes helping you to:

  • Understand the side effects of treatment and recognise when medical advice is needed

  • Manage ongoing fatigue and chronic pain

  • Manage your weight and nutrition to support healthy transformations and reduce recurrence risk

  • Develop coping strategies for anxiety, low mood and emotional overwhelm

  • Improve your understanding of the medical terms related to cancer

  • Create a sustainable exercise routine to help maintain energy levels, support weight management and add another way to cope with anxiety and stress

Health advice can often feel overwhelming or unrealistic, especially during or after cancer treatment. My Cancer Health Coaching is designed to work within your individual preferences and your lifestyle, never too restrictive or regimented. I will help you understand what works for your body and how to make small changes that feel achievable.

You will learn how to improve your diet, support your energy levels and build routines that help you feel stronger and more stable day to day. These changes are designed to support you in a way that feels realistic and consistent.

Cancer Coaching can play an important role in improving survivorship. For those going through treatment, it offers support with managing symptoms, improving energy and coping with the physical and emotional demands of the journey.

About Me

I am a qualified Integrative Cancer Health Coach, trained with the Cancer Wellness Institute, and I am passionate about helping people living with and beyond cancer regain confidence, improve their quality of life and take an active role in their health and recovery.

My approach is personalised, compassionate and grounded in evidence-based lifestyle and behavioural science. I support clients during cancer treatment and throughout survivorship, helping them navigate challenges such as fatigue, disrupted sleep, pain, emotional overwhelm and uncertainty about their future health.

Our work focuses on four interconnected pillars: nutrition, sleep, movement and mindset. Together, we develop nourishing, anti-inflammatory eating habits, restore healthier sleep patterns and establish achievable movement routines suited to each person's treatment stage, energy levels and individual circumstances.

Mindset coaching is particularly important in my practice. We explore thought patterns, long-held beliefs, fears and emotional responses, developing mindful strategies that strengthen resilience and support sustainable behavioural change.

I am also an Integrative Health Coach with seven years' experience supporting people with chronic health conditions, and a trained CBT-I practitioner, using evidence-based cognitive and behavioural techniques to address persistent insomnia.

Above all, my goal is to empower clients with the knowledge, confidence and practical skills to develop self-efficacy, autonomy and self-determination, becoming active partners in their long-term health journey.
