Join the CWI Cancer Coach Directory

A vetted, internationally recognized directory connecting certified cancer coaches with the patients, survivors, and caregivers who need them. The Cancer Wellness Institute Certified Cancer Coach Directory is a public-facing resource where people affected by cancer can find experienced, evidence-trained coaches. By joining, you'll be visible to a growing audience of patients actively seeking support, with your own dedicated listing page indexed in search results.

Who can apply

CWI graduates: Free listing. Open to graduates of any CWI certification program — Foundations, CPD Specialization, or Practitioner Certification.

Coaches certified through other approved programs: $195/year. CWI maintains a short list of evidence-based cancer coaching certifications we recognize for directory inclusion. If you're certified through a program not on our list, you can still apply — we'll review your credentials individually.

What we ask of you

  • Proof of certification/training from an evidence-based cancer coaching program

  • A current professional headshot

  • Adherence to ethical coaching standards in all client interactions

  • Honest representation of your scope of practice — coaches are not therapists or oncologists

How it works

  1. Submit the form below — takes about 10 minutes.

  2. CWI reviews your application within 5 business days

  3. If you're a CWI graduate: your listing is built and goes live within 5 business days of approval

  4. If you're not a CWI graduate: we'll send approval along with a payment link. Your listing goes live within 5 business days of payment.

  5. You'll receive an email with your live listing URL and renewal date (where applicable).
