Cancer Doesn’t Have to Define You!
You Can be WELL!

A cancer diagnosis may be a medical diagnosis but it impacts nearly every aspect of your life. We live in a world full of near-constant medical advancement.
Oncologists have so many tools at their disposal for treating cancer.

But there is more to supporting cancer patients than just treating the cancer.

What about all the other ways that diagnosis changes their life? Who is there to help cancer patients and survivors get & stay well?

But what is wellness anyway?

I focus on 5 pillars of wellness.

~ Physical ~ Nutritional ~ Emotional ~ Social ~ Financial ~

As an Integrative Cancer Coach, I help my clients better understand the emotional impact cancer has had on their lives. I work with them to reduce anxiety, overcome setbacks, improve self-confidence and find motivation. We work to find ways to inject more physical activity into their lives, help them improve their nutrition and their sleep quality. I offer resources for navigating the financial toxicity of cancer treatments, and help clients work through challenges to their relationships and self-confidence.

Most importantly, while we know the ways that cancer consistently impacts our lives, it’s important to recognize that no single path to wellness exists. We are all unique people. Our cancer experiences and life experiences are different. Our individual path to personal wellness can’t be found in a cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all program. As an Integrative Cancer Coach, my focus is to help you find your unique path to wellness.
